Kent Alder has previously served as VP of Tyco Printed Circuit Group Inc., President/CEO of Electrostar, Inc, and as President of Lundahl Astro Circuits Inc, a predecessor company to Electrostar. Kent holds BS degrees in both Finance and Accounting from Utah State University. Having gone through the IPO process twice, he understands the importance of a solid management team, motivated employees, and business systems that lead to superior customer satisfaction.
