Tuesday April 10: Water
10-2pm TSC Patio and Fountain: Tap That! Taste Testing, free stickers, reusable water bottles for sale at cost that are MADE IN AMERICA! Plastic Bottle Art Display
7-9pm: ESLC 130: Screening of “Tapped” followed by Q&A with panel of experts
Wednesday April 11: Air
10-2pm TSC Patio and Fountain. Powder Wagon and ORP display. 12-1pm: “The Climate Trial” puppet show by Peaceful Uprising.
11:30-12pm: Bike Parade down 700N! Meet at Aggie Blue Bikes.
12-12:30pm Free Professional Tour of College of Agriculture LEED building with Jordy Guth and Dr. Edwin Stafford. Meet in front of the main entrance.
2-3pm: FAV 262. “Corporate Rule and Air Quality in Utah.” A presentation by Jesse Ward, Canvassing Coordinator of Move to Amend: Salt Lake.
2:30-3:30pm: LIB 154. Green Jobs Panel. Receive Earth Week buttons!
6-8pm: MAIN 121. Clearing the Air: A panel discussion. Roundtable with local experts.
7-9pm: TSC Auditorium. Screening of “Life Cycles.” Giveaways.
Thursday April 12: Food
10-2pm Quad. Local Food Celebration: First Farmer’s Market of the Year!
11-12:30: NFS 201. “Should Mormons Be Vegetarians?” A presentation by Christopher Foster, UVU Professor and Founder of Mormons for Animals.
7-9pm: Cooking with Local Food: Free food samples! Led by Tamara Steinitz, Dpt. of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science in Family Life kitchens, rooms 208 and 210. Come early – cap is 75!
Friday April 13: Culmination
10-2pm: TSC Patio and Fountain. Student Sustainability Fair: Lots of free giveaways!
