11-12:30: NFS 201. “Should Mormons Be Vegetarians?” A presentation by Christopher Foster, UVU Professor and Founder of Mormons for Animals.

 7-9pm: Cooking with Local Food: Free food samples! Led by Tamara Steinitz, Dpt. of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science in Family Life kitchens, rooms 208 and 210. Come early – cap is 75!

Friday April 13: Culmination
